Ok, try telling me that's not the best looking pie you've ever seen. Look at those 6 beautiful layers?! And that was my very first homemade pie crust. It was so flaky and delicious, not over-handled at all... ok, you have to try it.
Please excuse the Styrofoam plate with the remnants of Benn's enchiladas. We're college students being thrifty.

of course it tastes good... I wouldn't make something (no matter how pretty it is) if it didn't taste good...
Ish, that's a little bit TMI about the leftover Mexican food on the plate... I'll hand it to you, though, that pie looks very enticing. Exciting colors and textures going on. Not to mention a homemade crust! Nice. :)
